房間設計很有歐洲特色 也很舒適 酒店可以買景點卡 唯一美中不足是花灑很難調水溫 很容易過熱或不夠熱 完全沒有中間

Great location, friendly efficient staff and excellent breakfast- but not a four star hotel. No bathrobes, no slippers, no daily water bottles in the room and no bathroom vanity kit/toiletries. Overpriced for a four star hotel so it fits in the 3 star category. 18 euros for daily parking was a bit steep as well compared to other hotels. Loved the location but for the price I would stay at a true four star hotel on our next visit to Salzburg.

My husband and I stayed here during Christmas and the hotel had a festive cheer with its tasteful decorations. Check-in process was really smooth and the reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious - plenty of room to move around even with our 2 large suitcases opened. We forgot that our booking came with free breakfasts so we missed out on the first morning. Nevertheless, the breakfast choice was good and we especially loved the sausages. Though the hotel is located quite a long walk away from the old town, we couldn’t complain as the price was reasonable and we had a pleasant stay. Plus, there’s ample parking space (extra charge) in the hotel grounds and is very well lit at night, making us feel safe even when leaving and returning to the hotel late at night.
